Travis is on the Board of Directors for The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In addition, Travis served as the former President of The Lowndes Education Improvement Foundation and Leadership Lowndes-Class of 2005.

Travis and his State Farm office are very active in the community. They sponsor Youth Art Month at Turner Center for the Arts and have a #GoodNeighbor Student of the Month Award that they give at several of the local schools. When Travis is not at the office or working for a worthy cause, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. In his free time, Travis enjoys golfing, watching University of Georgia football, reading and traveling.
